      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a portfolio of transformational digital initiatives focused on workflow automation and process optimization
      - Manage a streamlined demand intake process for new and ongoing projects/features
      - Drive planning discussions to prioritize critical projects/features for development and deployment
      - Accelerate the delivery of business value propositions through portfolio activities
      - Interact frequently with senior-level leadership and business stakeholders
      - Ensure all activities align with the vision of the board of directors and executive team
      - Define and execute program business plans
      - Develop and manage relationships with senior business leaders
      - Run programs from inception to launch
      - Align program objectives with portfolio strategy
      - Establish consistent communication with stakeholders
      - Provide program-level updates and summaries to executive leadership
      - Manage vendor relationships
      - Partner with application development personnel to align business needs with technology roadmap
      - Plan for program risk and develop strategies for dealing with potential risks
      - Maintain program budget and allocate resources appropriately
      - Assist IT Demand management in identifying project needs and articulating business value
      - Promote the employer's philosophy, mission statement, and administrative policies
      - Maintain patient and staff privacy and confidentiality
      - Perform other duties/projects as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience leading/managing IT portfolios/programs/projects
      - Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field
      - Working knowledge of financial management, organizational change management, speed of delivery, and sponsorship alignment
      - Full range of project management skills
      - Experience with Agile methodologies
      - Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
      - Familiarity with various IT and PM tools
      - Excellent knowledge of project cost management
      - Understanding of IT software development lifecycle
      - Experience with workflow automation platforms (especially ServiceNow) preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as a Director in a similar role
      - Experience with ServiceNow and other workflow automation platforms
      - Experience in portfolio management and project management
