We remain committed to serving the needs of both patients and providers in the acute, rehab, and post-acute care communities by continuing to build on our strong foundation of innovation, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service that starts with our team of dedicated and talented employees.
As a part of the healthcare industry for over 50 years, AliMed is proud to continue to be able to make a difference through our people, processes, and products. If you would like to be a part of our community and thrive in an environment where you can create, implement, and drive results, we want to hear from you! We are actively seeking a Digital Designer & DAM Specialist to join our team located in Dedham, MA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Digital Designer & DAM Specialist on our eCommerce and digital marketing team, you are the visual force behind our customer-facing creative. This role is rooted in designing high-performing digital assets built specifically for conversion, engagement, and channel performance across website, email, paid media, and social platforms. You'll translate campaign goals, customer insights, and product strategies into visuals that not only look great but perform, helping drive measurable results across our digital funnel.

You'll collaborate in real-time with campaign owners to iterate quickly, optimize creative, and ensure each asset is aligned with business outcomes.
You'll also work cross-functionally with our Creative/MarCom team to ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across channels, especially when adapting assets or refreshing visuals to match evolving brand campaigns. Additionally, you'll partner closely with Product Marketing during new product launches and promotional campaigns to ensure asset readiness, messaging alignment, and timely deployment.
In parallel, you'll manage our Acquia DAM platform, organizing and tagging visual assets by segment, funnel stage, and product line to streamline content reuse, reduce duplication, and support campaign velocity. Together, your design skills and operational structure will fuel scalable, insight-driven campaigns and ensure all teams can easily access brand-aligned assets digitally when and where they need it.
