- Contributes to the development of digital strategies and process transformations to deliver industry leading solutions with impactful business results
- Manages a large program or a portfolio of projects overseeing timeline, budgets, and resource allocation
- Promotes governance, risk management, and analytics best practices to drive roadmap and prioritization at the portfolio level
- Supports a program or portfolio business case, funding, progress status, promotion, and advocacy across the bank
- Crafts powerful narratives and storytelling to drive awareness and rally support amongst executives across the bank
- Builds alliances, negotiates, and influences stakeholders across multiple levels and functions within the bank to drive outcomes
- Demonstrates critical thinking and leverages findings and data to make informed decisions across digital delivery, prioritization, negotiation, hiring, and staffing activities
- Collaborates with both the technology and business teams to support Agile project management. This includes: creating and grooming features, participating in story writing and reviewing feature demos.
- Manages the creation of applicable project artifacts including: Project Intake Forms, Cost Benefit Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Current & Future State Flows, Gap Analysis, Presentations and Test Scripts
- Managing delivery on a portfolio of work in the $5-10MM range with varying timelines and varying stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong partnership and relationship management capabilities as well as the ability to execute with high impact
- Lead project communication process, including developing internal/external communication and training
- Work with channel control partners to communicate overall initiative strategy and scope, and obtain required approvals
- Execute test scripts and report defects using Application Lifecycle Management tool
- Research and resolve escalated production issues.
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years working with financial services products and accounts
- 5+ plus years proven strong project management experience
- 5+ plus years of business analysis and requirements writing experience
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and technology individuals at all levels including the executive level
- Ability to establish strong relationships and build consensus with key business partners.
- Ability to quickly understand and comprehend complex scenarios while working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to accept, process, and react to changes in direction and scope
- Self starter, proactive and independent
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles
- Proficient user of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Proficient user of JIRA
- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies of project management and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project
- 5+ years of online/website/mobile solution design experience

This job is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of the overall digital strategy for a portfolio of medium to large digital programs. Key responsibilities include identifying strategic and operational risks and opportunities, building partnerships across the enterprise to determine priorities and project direction, and making complex judgement calls and impactful decisions to deliver material business impact for critical digital capabilities. Job expectations include coaching, developing talent, directing the work of multiple associates, and supporting day-to-day delivery.
Candidate will support the Consumer Digital Sales & Onboarding delivery team with both large scale initiatives and small enhancements geared toward optimizing our overall platform and improving our sales funnel performance. The candidate will manage business critical sales & onboarding projects geared toward providing our clients with a seamless, personalized experience, leveraging innovative digital offerings, with a focus on Card & Deposits.
