What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the customer-facing, post-sale, post-integration onboarding support for Oxford Insight and SQE products
- Provide customer training to maximize the teaching and learning benefits of digital products
- Become a product expert on the functionality and capabilities of key higher education digital products
- Collaborate with instructors and course designers to personalize digital offerings
- Monitor and share usage data to identify at-risk accounts and communicate feedback to internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4+ years of customer-facing experience
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Ability to travel to international sales meetings
- Experience in sales or marketing within the publishing industry is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with software or digital platform demonstrations
- Understanding of education pedagogy and teaching goals
