- Analyze and evaluate current events to provide strategic recommendations on DevSecOps practices, Hybrid-Cloud Architecture, and managing Digital Engineering Ecosystems.
- Oversee the management and integration of Digital Engineering Ecosystems at a SAP/SAR level, ensuring compliance with security protocols and best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on classified systems data handling and operational level support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital engineering solutions that enhance mission effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to DoD and IC security processes and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of data protection and operational security.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and reports detailing digital engineering strategies, processes, and outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in digital engineering, DevSecOps, and cloud architecture.
- Experience analyzing and evaluating current events, providing recommendations on DevSecOps, Hybrid-Cloud Architecture, managing Digital Engineering Ecosystems on a SAP/SAR level.
- Knowledgeable in DoD and IC security processes and procedures.
- Expert in classified systems data handling and operational level support.
- Highly Desired: past or present experience with SSC or mission partner space control or space situational awareness mission area programs.
- PMP, DevSecOps, Cloud Architecture certified preferred.
- BS/BA along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
- Active Top Secret, SCI eligible.
- Eligibility for access to SAP Information.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
- Place of work is El Segundo, CA.
- May require travel up to 10% of time within the continental United States.

The pay range for this position is $160,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract wages, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
