Simultaneously work multiple RFPs and RFIs concurrently
Provide technical advisory to multiple concurrent projects
Participate in R&D efforts
Deliver training to internal team members and client
Architecting digital engineering solutions for Space Program related challenges.
Bachelors Degree in Physics or an Engineering discipline
15+ years of experience in systems engineering
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance
Systems Engineering Certification (CSEP or ESEP)
Project Management Professional Certification or Higher (PMP, PgMP, PfMP)
Deep understanding of the following practices:
Systems Engineering- MBSE
Descriptive Modeling
Requirements Development
Systems Architecture & Solutions Architecture Development
Agile / Scrum Methodology & Practices
Large-Scale Systems Deployment
Deep understanding of the following tools:
IBM Rational Rhapsody
Magic Draw / Cameo
Phoenix Model Center
Microsoft SharePoint
JIRA & Confluence
Ansys STK
MATLAB
Ability to teach others effectively (i.e. Adjunct Professorship experience)
Masters degree in Physics or an Engineering discipline preferred!
Active Top Secret clearance or higher is preferred

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Digital / Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to provide leadership and subject matter expertise in model based systems engineering.
The Parsons Universal Modeling & Analysis (PUMA) Lab Digital Engineering Expert will work closely with our Mission Solutions Sector (focused on Space Programs). As our newest SME will need to be an expert in digital engineering, as well as the Space Domain.
