      The Opportunity

      As a Digital Experience Graduate within Carolina Herrera, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to elevating and refining our global digital presence. Working closely with the Digital Experience Manager, you will contribute to creating a seamless and captivating online experience for our customers. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in shaping the digital narrative of a renowned beauty and luxury brand.

      What you'll get to do

      • Collaborate with internal and external departments to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
      • Communicate with UX/UI Design agency to ensure the delivery of new designs and website optimizations in alignment with pre-defined digital strategy.
      • Coordinate with internal departments (IT, CRM, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Retail…) to ensure timely receipt of assets, materials, and functionalities for digital initiatives, aligning on timings and project planning.
      • Assist in the execution of digital in-store projects, addressing market requests and local digital needs ensuring timely execution.
      • Collaborate with the team to test and implement new functionalities on digital platforms, ensuring a cutting-edge user experience.
      • Support in the search and implementation of new functionalities for the brand, help collecting and drafting the required business requirements.
      • Identify and report any bugs or issues related to site functionality, product displays, and content.
      • Help monitor and analyze SEO performance in close collaboration with our agency, offering valuable insights and recommendations for optimization.
      • Assist in organizing and managing digital assets, including images, videos, and documents required for various digital projects.
      • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends within the digital space.

      We'd love to meet you if you have

      • 1 year experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital, or related field.
      • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
      • Strong organizational and communication skills.
      • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing concepts.
      • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello) and Graphic design (Photoshop, Miro, Figma) is a plus.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
      • Interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury retail industry.
