Job Description

- Collaborate with internal and external departments to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
- Communicate with UX/UI Design agency to ensure the delivery of new designs and website optimizations in alignment with pre-defined digital strategy.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, CRM, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Retail…) to ensure timely receipt of assets, materials, and functionalities for digital initiatives, aligning on timings and project planning.
- Assist in the execution of digital in-store projects, addressing market requests and local digital needs ensuring timely execution.
- Collaborate with the team to test and implement new functionalities on digital platforms, ensuring a cutting-edge user experience.
- Support in the search and implementation of new functionalities for the brand, help collecting and drafting the required business requirements.
- Identify and report any bugs or issues related to site functionality, product displays, and content.
- Help monitor and analyze SEO performance in close collaboration with our agency, offering valuable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in organizing and managing digital assets, including images, videos, and documents required for various digital projects.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends within the digital space.
- 1 year experience with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital, or related field.
- Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello) and Graphic design (Photoshop, Miro, Figma) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
