- Supporting the strategy and daily operations of JaguarUSA.com and LandRoverUSA.com for the four brands: Jaguar, Range Rover, Defender, Discovery.
- Partnering with Brand and Media teams to ensure the best possible integrated messaging and customer journey experience for driving web traffic with maximum engagement and efficiency.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and brands, sales, IT and analytics, to define and prioritize optimization opportunities based on business goals and customer insights.
- Utilizing Adobe Experience Manager, Decibel, Tableau and Google Analytics to enhance digital experiences across various platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and brand integrity.
- Analyzing user behavior, customer journey data, and website performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Creating and conducting regular A/B tests, multivariate tests, and user research to gather insights and drive evidence-based decision-making.
- Presenting results and analyses of website optimizations and A/B tests to senior leadership on a regular basis.
- Monitoring and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user experience, conversion rates, and engagement metrics, providing actionable recommendations to optimize performance.
- In partnership with Digital Experience and Performance Marketing Managers, developing and executing a comprehensive roadmap for AB testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives, ensuring that all digital experiences are optimized for maximum customer engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
- In partnership with Transformation & Digital Demand team, supporting evolving eCommerce solutions.
- In partnership with media and communications teams, supporting social media strategy and managing the US social channels from an “owned” perspective.
- Collaborating with content creators and designers to ensure the delivery of compelling and relevant content that aligns with customer needs and preferences.
- Overseeing digital budget and process vendor invoices in a timely matter.
- Maintaining websites for product and content accuracy, facilitating reviews with internal stakeholders in product and legal.
- Staying updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital experiences, AB testing, and CRO, and share knowledge within the team.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of digital experience initiatives.
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience with a track record of successfully optimizing digital experiences to drive business results.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager, including proficiency in content management, personalization, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of AB testing methodologies, CRO principles, and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines for all deliverables.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our team as a Digital Experience Specialist. As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences across the Jaguar and Land Rover US websites and various supporting digital touchpoints. You will play a critical role in shaping and optimizing our digital channels to support our brand and sales goals, enhance customer engagement, drive conversions, and maximize business outcomes. This role requires expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, AB testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will be passionate about bringing the brands to life online and improving customer journeys with a strong drive for continuous improvement.

Recruitment Salary Range: $74,500 - $92,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position”.
