      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support clients via phone and email, addressing inquiries and issues
      - Analyze, research, and resolve members' concerns and discrepancies
      - Assist end-users with creating content and updating websites using a Content Management System
      - Troubleshoot issues and offer resolutions while communicating technical responses to end-users
      - Collaborate with colleagues to develop and distribute email campaigns and manage client websites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Customer service work experience preferred
      - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
      - High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in small teams
      - Understanding and experience using various software tools (e.g., Jira, MS Office)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of related experience in customer service
      - Intermediate understanding of website management with a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
      - Outstanding oral and written communication skills with diverse backgrounds
      - Advanced knowledge of website management and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project)
