  The Digital Expert Marketing Manager is responsible to drive PTA (Pharmazeutisch-technische Assistenten) brand recommendations of Haleon OTC products via PTA Program. Key objective will include growing engagement of all PTA digital activations on the Haleon Health Partner (HHP) platform for OTC brands.
  

  Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement PTA content strategies to drive engagement on the Haleon HealthPartner (HHP) platform with focus on:

    • interactive and target-oriented learning formats ,

    • planning and superior execution of digital media campaigns ,

    • conception and implementation of communication strategy to promote digital PTA campaigns throughout all relevant HCP channels,

    • test, learn & implement new digital lever.

  • Monitor and analyse per f ormance on PTA engagement program metrics as well as market and competition PTA trends:

    • implementing new Expert-PTA engagement-strategies .

  • Cross-functional collaboration with expert / brand marketing teams, ComEx and sales teams to:

    • own PTA Operational Calendar and engagement strategy ,

    • drive strong customer engagement and in-store support.

  • Manage budget spendings of PTA program.
    

  Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 5 or more years of experience in brand or expert marketing, preferably in Consumer Products or Over-the-Counter (OTC) marketing.

  • Proven experience in digital and performance marketing and implementation of marketing strategies.

  • Experience developing and implementing digital campaigns, ideally within target group of HCPs / PTAs.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience in leading multiple internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.

  • First leadership skills & independence in driving the project towards the agreed result.

  • Innovative, test & learn approach.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Fluency in German and English language.
