Job Description
- Req#: 25-10090
- As a member of the Litigation team, you will preserve, collect, track, and process data to support litigation matters and investigations.
- You will work closely with in-house Legal, Information Technology and Cyber Defense teams, & outside counsel, and forensics and e-discovery vendors.
- Work with IT and business units to track devices and evidence belonging to individuals on legal hold
- Gather, decrypt, and forensically image laptops, desktops, and other devices
- Collect data from wikis, M365, and other shared data sources
- Perform searches and exports in Microsoft Purview
- Document and track devices, forensic images and other collected data according to industry best practices
- Maintain forensics lab hardware and software
- Cross-platform operating system (Win/Mac) knowledge
- General knowledge of computer hardware
- Knowledge of evidence preservation procedures and legal hold process
- Knowledge of forensic imaging software (e.g., FTK Imager, Cellebrite, or other) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instruction, complete assignments in a timely manner, and work cohesively within a team environment Must be well organized with ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Rate: $40.08/Hour
Contract Type: W2 only
