  As a Digital Head, you will lead a team manage the development of digital marketing plans and strategies, including website optimization, SEO, content creation, social media, email campaigns, and other digital tactics.
  Key Responsibilities
  · Analyze data and develop reports to measure performance, be able to collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and must stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.
  · Lead the implementation of an omnichannel customer experience strategy across multiple channels and customer touchpoints. You will work with partners across the organization to ensure that customer needs are met, customer experience is consistent, and that we are maximizing the potential of its omnichannel capabilities.
  · Develop an omnichannel customer experience strategy that aligns with our goals and evaluate new opportunities for omnichannel innovation and development.
  · Identify customer needs and ensuring that customer experience is consistent across channels and Monitoring customer feedback and making necessary adjustments to guarantee a positive customer experience.
  · Lead the design and implementation of omnichannel solutions, including technology, process, and content and analyzing customer data and trends to inform and refine the omnichannel strategy.
  · Working with partners across the organization to ensure successful implementation of the omnichannel strategy.
  · Collaborating with other departments to ensure that omnichannel plans are integrated into existing customer experience initiatives.
  · Developing indicators to measure the success of the omnichannel strategy and making recommendations for improvement, managing digital marketing campaigns and projects. Create execute digital strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales.
  Qualifications
  · Bachelor’s degree in administration, marketing or engineering and master's or postgraduate studies desirable.
  · English at advanced level
  · 8 years of experience in responsibilities mentioned above in a leadership and managerial position.
  · Skills: teamwork, leadership, vision, focus on service and interpersonal relationships.
