      The Opportunity

      • This position is a remote position.
      • Territory will be Louisiana north up to Michigan and the Dakotas.
      • Qualified candidates must live in the Central US area.
      • Travel 70% to 80%

      Primary Objective of Position

      The Digital Health Solutions Consultant (DHSC) serves as technical subject matter experts, providing informatics workflow expertise for the region/country leading the creation of Digital Health solutions technical design. In close collaboration with the sales organization, DHSC will contribute to the continued successful growth of the DHS revenue targets and win rates providing our customers with enhanced digital integrated solutions that improve their workflow, helping them achieve key business operational efficiencies and / or clinical outcomes.

      The DHSC also contributes as the technical liaison between sales and delivery team to ensure all technical designs are transferred to delivery team effectively and accurately. DHSC works in collaboration with key customer stakeholders, internal team members and when required, 3rd party distributors to ensure the proposed solution is aligned to our customer’s goals and our business objectives. This is achieved through robust current state and future state analysis, producing, and presenting impactful proposals, that bridge the gap and deliver our end-to-end value proposition, leveraging its competitive advantage of a holistic approach to Digital integration/Transformation and Workflow.

      What You’ll Work On

      • Serve as an expert consultant in overall AlinIQ workflow and solution discussions and demonstration, ensuring value proposition and solution capabilities are well received and meet client expectations during the pre-sales and sales cycle. Responsibility scope includes IACC, Hematology, Transfusion, and molecular business.
      • Articulate vision for improvement and diagnose technical issues or roadblocks in customer projects across executives and technical decision makers.
      • Lead and conduct a current state assessment of the customer’s workflow and application, IT ecosystem (e.g., feasibility, technical requirements, clinical requirements, network diagrams, solution connectivity, workflow analysis). Evaluate and understand the impact of our informatics and digital health solution design on the customer’s KPIs, needs & objectives as part of end-to-end sales activities
      • Responsible for creating framework for data analysis, drive opportunities by leading workflow assessments, current/future state analysis, insights to customer and presentations to internal/external stakeholder, in collaboration with the commercial teams.
      • Drive integration of Digital Health Solutions offerings into key customer objectives.
      • Drive integration of Digital Health Solutions offerings into key customer objectives.
      • Achieving buy-in from customer IT stakeholders and presenting the Informatics component of the solution, handling technical objections and clarifications.
      • Articulate the overall digital solution to non-IT versed internal/external stakeholders on how the Informatics component of the solution contributes to achieving the customer goals and objectives
      • Share best practices related to efficiency and accuracy that promote functionality of the Digital Health Solution offerings while enhancing customer satisfaction and goal achievement.
      • Coordinates appropriate Abbott resources (e.g., Technical Solution Design, R&D, Operations, 3rd Party, Sales, Service / Implementation, Senior Leadership) to execute contracts sold by DHSE.
      • Aid and act as end-to-end digital health solution experts in training programs designed to educate Abbott representatives in the value of AlinIQ across the diagnostic cycle.
      • Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to deliver voice-of-customer feedback to further enhance AlinIQ solutions and offerings.
      • Acts as internal advocate for the customer and cultivates internal Abbott relationships to drive business objectives.
      • Support creation of SOW in pre-sales phase in partnership with Customer and sales team
      • Must deep dive on customer needs and answer by using AlinIQ enablers, with the aim to transform every customer into a AlinIQ reference site, creating a bridge between customer and marketing team.
      • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.

      Required Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree is required
      • Must be knowledgeable about laboratory workflow, improvement and practices, industry trends, changing market regulations and healthcare policy within defined customer segment.
      • Experience with building business on current accounts and creating new profitable accounts.
      • Understands IT technology within Hospital Environment.
      • Proficient in client facing solutions demonstrations and presentations
      • Experience in achieving value expansion and customer success
      • Highly motivated, result driven individual, with strong problem-solving skills and track record of driving measurable outcomes
      • Strong ability to pivot and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-pacing high growth environment

      Preferred Qualifications

      • Master’s degree.
      • 3 to 5 years’ of relevant lab or software experience
      • Laboratory Diagnostics experience strongly.
      • Strong understanding on how technology drives value in healthcare.
