      Digital Industrialization Manager (m/f/d)

      We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

      • Coordinate and drive high quality standards for Schindler digital products
      • Ensure the smooth introduction of Schindler digital products into global operations
      • Manage the operational readiness of Schindler digital products on a global level with an effective and efficient implemented global product onboarding process
      • Develop Frameworks for Product onboarding and continuoniously improve those based on stakeholders feedback as well as for further improvements of Schindler's global digital operation
      • Ensure process compliance by training of product owners and related stakeholders
      • Follow-up all lifecycle aspects on IoT-products

      Education:

      • Master or Bachelor degree-education in Technical Economics, Technical Engineering or equivalent qualification

      Knowledge and experience:

      • A minimum of 10 years experience in a product development organization including operational aspects
      • Experience in working with a multitude of internal stakeholders to ensure high product quality in the field
      • Experience in IoT / Edge Device management is a plus
      • Expertise in troubleshooting and in solving technical problems
      • Demonstrated ability to develop technical documentation and instructions

      Other competencies:

      • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new products in & out
      • Strong support mindset and support attitude required
      • Structured working style (synthesizing complex or diverse information and use professional problem skills and personal experience)
      • Problem solving skills (analyzing information skillfully, developing alternative solutions)

      Language skills:

      • Solid command of written and verbal English
      • Additional languages a plus
