      The Position

      The Digital Innovation Hub Consultant is going to be part of a Regional Team with continuous global growth. Your main goal is to connect to regional and local business units, roll out our acceleration and open innovation processes, as well as being a key part in developing and delivering each step of the projects. This position is based in São Paulo, and you will also tend to the needs of our production site in Montes Claros. Consider 25% of work time for Business travels to other affiliates, manufacturing site and warehouses. Your responsabilities includes:

      • Play a pivotal role in driving adoption of emerging digital technologies and open innovation at Novo Nordisk.
      • Lead digitalization projects at the Montes Claros manufacturing site and establish a network with key players in the Innovation Ecosystem.
      • Develop strategies to incorporate innovative technologies and processes within the supply chain, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction.
      • Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain innovation initiatives with broader business goals and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) standards.
      • Engage with stakeholders across the business, share insights, and act as a trusted advisor with a strong understanding of business challenges and constraints.

      Qualifications

      • We expect that you hold a bachelor’s degree and to have at least 5 years of experience working with Project Management. We also expect you to be fluent in English.
      • Experience deploying new products or units across different geographies and an innovation track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch.
      • Experience running incubation or acceleration programmes in complex structures and managing projects and pilots.
      • Nice to have previous experience with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and ESG.
      • It will be considered a plus if you had the opportunity to work in consulting, start-ups, venture capital company and with digital healthcare.

      The Digital Innovation Hubs are a global initiative with a strong anchoring in the Hub regions. The Hub in Latam is a joint effort of Global IT, International Operations and Region Latam, and is led by the Business Innovation Garage, based in Denmark, with a strong link with Digital Data and IT in Latam. The Business Innovation Garage is high growth unit in Novo Nordisk. The team itself is a part of Digital Incubator & Innovation area. The Core focus is to remain forward-looking and showcase strong adaptability.
