      Job Summary

      As a Workday Application Coordinator Intern you will work closely with Workday Application Team members and business stakeholders to design and implement new features, gaining hands-on experience with Workday modules. You'll contribute to enhancing team productivity and creating solutions that align with business needs, all while actively participating in requirement reviews and development discussions. You will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess the current state, identify business requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

      Key Responsibilities:

      -Work with senior application team members to analyze, develop, and support Workday HCM (Human Capital Management)

      -Understand functional requirements and participate in requirement reviews.

      -Document business processes and requirements

      -Create technical specifications

      -Perform QA testing

      -Respond to reported incidents and resolve system issues

      -Optimize existing systems and processes

      -Updating training and knowledge materials

      -Monitor system updates

      -Support operational excellence

      -Stay apprised of development tasks and presentation of solutions within your team

      -Gain exposure to Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking,
      Absence Management, and Benefits

      -Contribute ideas for continually improving the team's productivity.


      Qualifications

      Education

      • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

      • Current enrollment in college-level courses


      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

      • Must be reliable and punctual.

      • Good time management skills.

      • Strong oral communication skills.

      • Ability to take and follow direction.

      • Willingness to learn.

      Schedule requirements:

      • This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.

      • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.

      • Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant

      • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
