      Digital Journey Manager

      Salary: National – up to £45,000, London – up to £55,000

      Looking for your next step and have experience designing great digital journeys and customer experiences? We have just the role for you!

      We are looking for a Digital Journey Manager to join our growing Marketing team.

      A bit about the job:

      Within this role you will be planning, managing and optimising customer journeys for our Financial Advice business to drive effective lead generation activities that are both customer-focused and aligned to our commercial goals.

      You will be working within the Go To Market team at Aviva and alongside broader Marketing, Data and Digital teams to identify and define journey developments and optimisations. As well as devising and delivering Test & Learn Plans, you will be supporting with defining audience targeting, and ensuring the right content, creative, propositions are communicated at the right times and places in the customer journey.; You will also be the owner and “go to” person for all Financial Advice web metrics, and proactively seek to improve these to continually deliver good outcomes for customers and the business.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • Highly competent digital journey practitioner, with demonstrable, extensive experience of delivery and optimisation of journey initiatives within a heavily regulated industry (preferably Financial Services)

      • Passion for creating and delivering best in class and innovative digital customer experiences across all touchpoints and channels

      • Experience and of conducting user research and evidence of application of learnings

      • Experience of using key Web Analytics software (i.e., Adobe / Google Analytics)

      • Experience of SEO and paid media site optimisations as well as working with MarTech stack and capability

      • National salary up to £45,000, London salary up to £55,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
