      As a Digital Learning Designer, you have the opportunity to build high quality, engaging learning solutions and activities that excite and entice our people in Sky to learn and grow

      Working as part of the learning design function in Sky Customer Service Group your content will be accessed by 1000’s of advisors, engineers, leaders and support teams to power their performance and career growth.

      You will be a self-starter with a passion for pushing the boundaries of learning solutions that will drive CSG to the culture of learning we are determined to realise.

      What you'll do:

      • Work with internal subject matter experts to design bespoke e-learning courses, experiential sessions and embed activities to meet a range of learning requirements
      • Provide expert advice to business areas seeking to develop their people
      • Collaborate with the current Learning Architect team to scope solutions for learning interventions

      What you'll bring:

      • Knowledge and application of instructional design theory, instructional design principles, learning theory and adult learning theory
      • Knowledge of e-learning design
      • Experience of creating on-line courses
      • Competent with SCORM development
      • Experience delivering projects to agreed timescales
      • Competent with the following software or similar e.g. Adobe Captivate, Articulate Studio and Storyline, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop
      • Influencing and stakeholder management skills
      • Excellent planning and organisational skills; attention to detail
      • Numerate and IT literate (capable of producing own reports / documents/presentations as appropriate)
      • Excel and PowerPoint skills
