Job Description

- Design digital learning content across a range of media, including e-learning, text, graphics, audio and video, effectively using a range of authoring tools
- Working closely with the L&D Learning Lead to ensure that most relevant and engaging digital learning methods are used to meet business requirements for results
- Seek and respond to feedback on digital learning from learners
- Produce digital learning assets that meet Bupa branding standards and effective design principles
- Record, edit and produce effective video learning assets
- Deliver agreed schedule of content refreshes and updates to online learning
- Quality assure and evaluate digital learning solutions
- Work flexibly with the team and across a number of simultaneous projects
- Adjust solutions to meet the needs of pace, longevity and audience by being aligned to and aware of how the business operates
- Build and maintain professional, collaborative relationships with individuals and teams within and external to the business / market unit /group
- Keep up to date with developments in learning and frequently network to enhance your thinking
- Ensure that personal development is actively undertaken in line with personal and business objectives, in a way that role models self development
- Competent in use of e-learning and design tools such as Adapt, Canvas design, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and Microsoft office suite
- A working knowledge and understanding of LMS reporting SCORM standards, Tin Can and APIs and how different content interacts with various platforms
- Basic video production and editing (Adobe Premier Pro / iMovie), infographics, basic web page design and graphic design
- Ability to research, design, test, deliver and evaluate digital learning products and solutions
- Competent in digital storyboarding and creative treatment preparation and pitches
- Basic working knowledge of the business to understand the context of the learning offer
- High attention to detail with written content, including copy writing and proofing
- Agile and resilient, able to handle multiple projects and deliver at pace
- Able to work collaboratively and autonomously as projects require, organised and approachable with a high degree of flexibility

As a Digital Learning Designer you will Design learning solutions to meet the L&D strategy requirements , Creating and innovate continuous improvement in learner experience through digital and instructor led products and solutions . You will Manage workload to meet expected brand standards, quality of learning and deadlines . Whilst collaborating with and influence the wider design community in Bupa.
