A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.
Our Digital Learning team supports internal leaders by developing and implementing targeted learning materials. As part of the team, you’ll help develop Digital Learning materials, multimedia classes and other interactive products that play an important role in the education of our people.To really stand out and make us fit for the future in a constantly changing world, each and every one of us at PwC needs to be a purpose-led and values-driven leader at every level. As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Experience- 4 to 6 years
Shift time - 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm IST
Responsibilities-
Expertise in the use of authoring tools like - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo (optional) Work closely with instructional designers, internal development team for understanding the storyboard or concepts. An understanding of the latest trends of learning technology Follow brand guidelines and create designs which are brand compliant Expertise in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) Knowledge of visual design Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Study visual storyboards and determine requirements Create themes and template designs to present ideas Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills An understanding of the latest trends of learning technology Collaborate with project development team Knowledge of the use of authoring tools like - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Gomo (optional) Multimedia development including interactive learning objects Review and test the graphics across various media Create designs that are accessibility compliant (visual and hearing planning) that can be incorporated into the media (using alt tags)
Preferred:
1. Motion graphics skills (will be given preference)
2. Audio editing skillsSkills Required -
Education/qualifications: Graduate and above/relevant degree or certification
Knowledge of tools: Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD and MS Office (Specially PowerPoint, Word and Excel)Optional tools: PowToon, Animaker, Vyond, Aftereffects, Premier and Audio editing software
Key personal attribute: Good verbal and written communication skills, proven experience in the field of e-learn development, a strong portfolio of samples in eLearning and graphics, also any samples of basic media or media editing either as standalone or as part of eLearning examples, Living up to the PwC brand valuesEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified)
