Timely delivery of quality learning activities using the approved learning activity plan, given tools and processes and by giving didactical learning development support to the stakeholders ( e.g. Trainer / R&D / Sales / PM / SER / Marketing).
Together with the stakeholders analyze, design and develop and implement the best learning solutions for the appointed projects in line with the organizational goals and in line with GEA Academy standards and processes.
Design, conceptualization and implementation of digital learning formats ( e.g. blended learning, web-based trainings, videos, etc.
De sign and incorporate new digital formats into the training portfolio, e.g. VR, AR, AI, etc.
Minimum HBO/Bachelor degree (Business, Design, Education, HR or Psychology).
Several years of practical professional experience in the conceptual design and implementation of digital formats.
Confident use of Articulate s oftware required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and other digital tools ( e.g. Camtasia, etc.) desirable.
Analytical thinking, organizational strength, communication and presentation skills, personal responsibility, commitment and team spirit.
Very good knowledge of English. Additional language a benefit.
Determination, a structured way of working and willingness to take responsibility.
