      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and evolve quarterly performance reports, incorporating data from Google Analytics 4 and channel-specific metrics
      - Manage a cross-functional innovation tracker to evaluate the performance of key marketing initiatives
      - Optimize event tracking across websites using Google Tag Manager and ensure accurate configuration of custom events
      - Conduct attribution analysis to provide strategic recommendations based on user behavior and funnel efficiency
      - Build and refine Looker Studio dashboards to present real-time insights to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably in hospitality, travel, or eCommerce
      - Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager with hands-on experience implementing custom events and conversions
      - Strong skills in Looker Studio with a portfolio showcasing dashboards and visualizations
      - Understanding of marketing attribution models and their strategic implications
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with hotel booking engines and hospitality-specific analytics tools (e.g., SynXis, Revinate)
      - Agency-side experience, particularly in environments supporting multiple stakeholders and brands
