What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute effective digital advertising campaigns aligned with business goals for B2C and B2B channels
- Research and select appropriate advertising channels to effectively reach target audiences
- Create and manage engaging digital ad content in collaboration with the creative team
- Monitor and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of experience in digital advertising, including project management experience
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Facebook Ads
- Familiarity with the marketing funnel and experience running digital ads for awareness and lead generation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the education industry
- Knowledge of additional digital advertising platforms such as Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, and connected TV platforms
- Google Certifications are a plus
