      Position Summary

      We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset and be analytical and data driven. You will be responsible for developing and executing effective Email, SMS, and Push marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue opportunities. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's online and retail presence and growing our customer base to achieve both brand and commercial objectives. This can be hybrid or in-person.

      Responsibilities

      • Understand and execute the overall marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales on our owned and operated e-commerce and retail channels for Email, SMS, and Push messaging programs
      • Using a best-practices approach, implement the end-to-end campaign processes of the Email and SMS channels (including creating, scheduling, deployment, tracking and analysis) to achieve company objectives and an optimal customer experience
      • Build email HTML, CSS, along with working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
      • Journey building and automation, personalization and dynamic content publishing, list management, targeting and segmentation
      • Execute the test and learn agenda, optimizing and iterating based on results
      • Analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s) and trending to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels and align on strategic objectives
      • Ensure compliance with regulations and privacy laws such as CAN-SPAM, TCPS and GDPR
      • Identify and solve problems through a proactive and self-motivated mindset, and communicate effectively regarding concerns
      • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis
      • Set up and execute coupon offers for Email, SMS and eCommerce channels

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field
      • 3+ years of CRM Marketing experience in a multi-channel or online retail environment across Email, SMS and Push messaging channels
      • Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms and Analytic tools (Zeta, Adobe, Epsilon, Domo, MSFT)
      • Exhibits curiosity and a willingness to learn and innovate, along with strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
      • Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives daily while maintaining a profound attention to detail
