      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement tailored email and media plans that align with business objectives
      - Analyze and interpret data to draw insights and optimize strategies
      - Manage email and media budgets to ensure timely and budget-conscious campaign delivery
      - Monitor and evaluate media campaign performance and present results to stakeholders
      - Stay current with industry trends and contribute to the improvement of the company’s overall media strategy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS degree in Marketing, Communication, or a relevant field
      - 3 or more years of relevant work experience
      - Proven work experience as an Email Specialist, Media Strategist, Media Planner, or similar role
      - Strong understanding of different email and media channels and marketing strategies
      - Excellent analytical and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, particularly Salesforce
      - Creativity and innovative thinking
      - Strong problem-solving abilities
      - Up-to-date with email and media trends
