What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a comprehensive Social Media Strategy Plan for key accounts
- Create original, high-quality content for social media platforms
- Analyze social media performance and create quarterly reports
- Analyze website and present improvement recommendations
- Work with supervisor on website content and implement updates
- Analyze SEO results and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop SEM goals, propose budget, and manage campaigns
- Support internal and external communications and marketing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, media, or related field
- 2 years of experience in social media marketing and website development
- Experience in creating original content, editing, SEO, and SEM
- Proficiency in social media and scheduling platforms, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with healthcare, public health, research, technology, and government agencies
- Capabilities in video editing, live hosting, and podcast production
- Experience developing high-quality presentations for events and speaking engagements
- Experience with communications theory and policy
