      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement advertising plans for approximately 250 books each year
      - Research and develop tailored print and digital advertising opportunities
      - Manage the advertising schedule and ensure timely trafficking of ads across various platforms
      - Create and manage Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, monitoring performance under supervision
      - Post content related to media hits, author events, and announcements on social media platforms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 months of publishing experience or equivalent experience through an internship or work-study
      - Strong organizational and time management skills with a process-oriented approach
      - Excellent written and communication skills, with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks
      - Genuine interest in scholarly book publication and intellectual engagement with the content

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree from a 4-year college or university
      - Marketing-focused experience is preferred
      - Proven ability to think creatively and develop strong reader insights
      - Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
      - Enthusiasm for collaboration and commitment to fostering an inclusive environment
