- Automated Banner Design: Create visually appealing and responsive display and paid social ads by primarily utilizing DCO (Dynamic Creative Optimisation) platforms and feed tools to create templates and dynamic content that can be scalable, personalized and customized for different audience segments.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with Creative Department and copywriters to ensure that creative assets (stills, video and copy) are effectively integrated into the DCO system, and that they meet the creative requirements of each personalized ad.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure banners load correctly, function as intended, and are visually appealing on various devices and browsers. Address and resolve any technical issues promptly.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, including TUI Group, partners and agencies to align on goals, projects, content requirements, and performance tracking.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyze campaign performance, using key metrics and data to make data-driven decisions on creative adjustments and optimizations.
- Optimization: Assess banner performance through A/B tests, enhance designs, and boost engagement and click-through rates based on data insights.
- Automation Expertise: Harness automation tools for efficient banner creation, staying updated on their evolving capabilities for maximum effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Business school or relevant subjects.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including display advertising, programmatic advertising, paid search, and paid social media.
- Proven experience in digital banner production with a strong emphasis on automation.
- Knowledge in data feeds, dynamic content integration and responsive design to ensure that banners look and function correctly across various devices and screen sizes.
- Proficiency in automation tools and platforms (Google Web Designer, Smartly or Adobe Animate).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A/B Testing: Knowledge of A/B testing principles to optimize ad creatives, copy, and targeting options for better performance.
- Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluency in English, any Nordic language is a benefit.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic performance marketing team at TUI Nordics. In this new role, your main responsibilities involve to at scale, produce and optimise display banners and paid social ads for the Nordic Markets. These ads will be tailor-made, lively, and quick to respond. By making use of automation platforms, you will boost productivity and scalability and spark fresh ideas in the banner creation process. This guarantees that TUI's paid digital marketing initiatives capture attention, work effectively, and deliver the outcomes we aim for.
