  Cognizant Financial Services: Marketing Senior Associate

  Join an energetic and hard-working team that is helping to further Cognizant’s market position in the Financial Services industry sector. In this position, you develop industry specific marketing content and programs. This India-based role reports to the Head of Financial Services Marketing (US-based).

  The successful candidate has strong communication and project management skills, with experience working with business leaders/subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop marketing materials and programs.

  Responsibilities Include

  Most essential duties and responsibilities:

  Strategic Planning & Support

  · Contributes to the development of annual marketing plans

  · Collaborates with business leaders/subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify key priorities for marketing and develop marketing programs and content to support those priorities

  · Develops messaging to support offerings

  Content & Campaigns

  · Collaborate with business leaders/SMEs to develop content to support marketing content, including solution brochures, white papers/research, blogs, videos, website updates, social media and presentations

  · Identify and implement key SEO terms into marketing content

  · Ensure campaigns and content are amplified internally and externally

  · Ensure leads generated from marketing programs are managed and distributed to sales teams with appropriate follow up

  Measurement & Reporting

  · Monitor and report marketing program KPIs including tactics and leads generated

  · Contribute to regular marketing status reports, including campaign, content and web performance for presentation to senior business unit and marketing management

  Required Experience & Education
  You have proven expertise in developing marketing programs and content.

  · 4 to 5 years of experience, with experience in Financial Services

  · Knowledge of marketing best practices

  · Demonstrated digital and social marketing experience

  · Strong project management skills with attention to detail

  · Strong communications skills that enhance team collaboration

  · Able to work independently with little direct supervision

  · Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

  · Self-motivated, innovative, collaborative

  · Willing to roll up your sleeves and execute

  · Fluency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  · Familiarity with Salesforce and Pardot

  · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Liberal Arts, Communications, Marketing, or Business
