      Why this job matters

      The Digital Marketing Campaign Professional is responsible for setting out and delivering against the project plan for marketing, trading, service & mandatory campaigns which deliver significant revenue to the business as well as informing, inspiring & engaging our customers. This role will deliver campaigns that form part of an integrated TTL campaign, driving acquisition of new customers and direct marketing campaigns across a range of channels, including email, mobile, direct mail and telemarketing to drive existing customer engagement and cross-sell / up-sell additional products and solutions based on what we believe is right for their business based on the data we hold about them. Ensuring customers are at the heart of everything we do, through a full marketing campaign approach, from creative briefing & stakeholder engagement all the way through to post campaign reporting and insights.

      What you’ll be doing

      • Effective e2e campaign management and stakeholder management.

      • Identify, test and learn hypothesis within campaign activities, use learnings to influence future campaigns across the team.

      • Contribute to overall creative brief for integrated TTL marketing campaigns.

      • Own creative brief for smaller scale Digital only marketing campaigns.

      • Responsible for performance reporting for all activity delivered through Marketo / AC.

      • Working closely with Digital Marketing Automation squad members to understand the data and technology to drive best in class outcomes and ensure alignment to achieve collective campaign targets.

      Experience you'll have

      • Good knowledge of data and how to use key data points to drive data-driven digital marketing campaigns and make solid recommendations to segments on how to achieve their targets through combining data, technology and creative.
      • Good understanding of how Marketing Automation platforms work to understand what’s technically involved to build campaigns and journeys.

      • Knowledge and experience of running end-to-end direct marketing campaigns, from creative build through to targeting, segmentation, deployment and reporting.

      • Previous experience of working with CRM and Marketing automation systems (eg. Marketo, Adobe Campaign Manager, Unica etc).
      • Proficient in using data insights to drive actionable change i.e. campaign performance KPI’s, test & learn plans and AI tools.

      • Good knowledge of Regulatory policies

      • Previous experience working in a direct marketing role with an understanding of direct-response marketing.

      • Experience writing briefs that are clear on requirements and the desired end result, enabling subject matter experts to collaborate and find the best solution.
