      This position is a co-op (Summer 2025) experience for the PCG Group (B2B) Digital Marketing Team. This role supports the team responsible for Sherwin-Williams Performance Coating Group website and digital marketing programs.

      Qualifications

      POSITION REQUIREMENTS

      FORMAL EDUCATION:

      Required:

      • Must have a High School diploma or the equivalent of a High School diploma
      • Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in digital, marketing, communications or related field

      KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

      Required:

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Excellent oral and written communications skills
      • Experience in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis
      • Basic image editing skills
      • Highly organized and self-driven

      Preferred:

      • Digital Marketing or Web Experience

      TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: (TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION)

      WORK SCHEDULE:

      • Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week
      • Hybrid: This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a week.

      Responsibilities

      CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

      This position is a co-op (Summer 2025) experience for the PCG Group (B2B) Digital Marketing Team. This role supports the team responsible for Sherwin-Williams Performance Coating Group website and digital marketing programs.

      The co-op will have the opportunity to gain experience in a B2B digital marketing environment and work first-hand with teams responsible for driving digital marketing efforts for 6 global business units.

      Core Responsibilities and Tasks

      • Support digital marketing initiatives for search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social and paid media, and analytics.
      • Assist with discovery with internal customers on digital marketing and web requests.
      • Conduct SEO-related activities such as competitive analysis, on-page audits, keyword reporting, etc.
      • Assist with project management and scheduling of resources for website development. Collaborate with team to configure components, update content and troubleshoot issues in Adobe Experience Manager.
      • Assist with the build of marketing automation campaigns in Marketo.
      • Assist in the building of paid media campaigns in both social and Google Ads environments.
      • Assist in the optimization of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) in Adobe and Widen.
      • Assist with user acceptance testing with needed partners such as digital site ops teams, IT, operations teams, master data management, security, divisional leads, etc.
      • Assist with digital marketing reporting and analytics.

      Incidental Functions

      • Perform task management and reporting, as necessary.
      • Assist with other projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work.
