- Development of content pillars by following the 10 steps of content strategy through workshops with a designated communication team, product managers, application specialists, sales and marketing, and engineering.
Documenting all steps in templates - Implementation of content strategy, which involves the execution and delivery of the content and the campaigns, according to the plan and the schedule. Implementation globally and creating awareness locally by organizing BLM meetings and keeping communication managers updated in all countries.
- Internal and external roll-out of content campaigns
- Creation of all web pages and managing and implementation of the translation process
- Development and coordination of social media campaigns and HubSpot campaigns
- Follow-up and ROI, statistics of content strategy using analytics tools
- Maintaining the internal content management system
- Ensure that the web content and digital campaigns are aligned with the Atlas Copco brand guidelines, tone of voice, and value proposition.
- Passion for creating engaging and relevant web content and digital campaigns
- Ability to measure and improve digital marketing results and strategy

As a Content Specialist, you will increase high-quality leads for the Atlas Copco Oil Free Air & Gas generation divisions by working with product managers and customer centers to create web content and digital campaigns that showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of the oil-free air products and services.
We are looking for 2 new colleagues - Digital Marketing Content Specialists – to support 1 of our division:

Role and Responsibilities
One of the most critical and challenging aspects of the digital marketing plan and the online campaigns is the content strategy, which involves the creation, distribution, and management of the content that can inform, and persuade the target audience. The content strategy requires a lot of time, effort, and creativity, as well as a deep understanding of the product, the market, and the customer
Therefore, our OFA and AGA divisions need extra support for the content strategy, including the following initial tasks:To provide the support for the content strategy, we are building a small content specialist team with professional and experienced digital marketeers who can create and manage high-quality and relevant content for the online campaigns. Most content pillars are created together or aligned with the other divisions of the Compressor Technique; such as Industrial Air, Medical Air, or Service
Work location: Brno
Hybrid model: min. 2 days in the office weekly, plus home-office
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Passion for content: Ability to research, write, edit, and optimize engaging and persuasive content for various digital channels and formats.
- Experience with web content management systems, web analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and social media platforms.
- Familiar with search engine optimization, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing techniques and tools.
- Understanding of content marketing metrics and analytics, and ability to use data and feedback to measure and improve the performance
- Willingness to develop product and market knowledge of compressors and compressor technologies.
- A plus: Experience in digital marketing in the industrial or B2B sector
