      Job Description

      Your Team

      The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the SoCal/AZ Marketing team in the execution of all housing and master planned marketing initiatives in the most professional, efficient and profitable manner. This is in an effort to attain the company’s goals and objectives set out in its annual and 5-year business plan. This position is responsible for daily support of all related activities.

      Support the Marketing Manager/Director with overall marketing communications, and market research efforts and support ongoing project management, including the coordination of all sales office needs, eblasts, web updates, marketing collateral, invoicing, events, model maintenance, etc.

      Your Key Deliverables

      Accounting Administrative Support

      • Code digital invoice charges monthly

      • Responsible for gathering new vendor paperwork for accounting

      • Flag invoice concerns; call and follow up with vendors on invoice questions, coordinate approval from Marketing Manager(s)/Director(s) for timely delivery to accounting

      • Approve estimates at the direction of Marketing Manager(s)/Director(s) and process back to consultants/vendors

      Marketing & Sales Support

      • Coordinate photoshoots, with input from Marketing Manager(s)/Director(s) for Social, 3D videos, Traditional photography, and Matterport scans

      • Gather bids (photography, interior cleans, plants, landscape) and make vendor recommendations

      • Support basic graphic design and In-Design production of flyers

      • Support the Marketing Manager in coordination of all signage, renderings, floor plans, community brochures, aerial displays, impact graphics, builder story, site displays, necessary HUD plaques, color boards, standard features displays, maps, related collateral, and model maintenance contracts

      Sales Office / Neighborhood Support and Model Maintenance

      • Keep collateral stocked and up to date, coordinate all in-house and online printing needs

      • Coordinate orders of sales office supplies, including copier, business cards, letterhead, price sheets, brochures, Amazon orders, coffee orders, etc to help the sales teams stay on budget

      • Act as a first respondent and problem solver to vendor issues

      • In charge of coordinating all model maintenance, including carpet cleans, golf carts, interior cleaning, plant maintenance, landscape, and working closely with the model maintenance handy man on scheduling and priority setting

      Event Preparation

      • Assist with the coordination of community and lifestyle events such as dusty shoe walks, realtor events, private previews, grand openings, holiday events, etc.

      • Help with event coordination

      • Order lunches for meetings or events

      • Plan department team days and department/region volunteer days

      Marketing Administration

      • Coordinate all award submissions and maintain a detailed list of awards won/received, on an as needed basis

      • Coordinate gifts for consultants and vendors as needed

      • Coordinate Brookfield collateral inventory for communities (mats, hard hats, pens, pop-up tent, etc.)

      • Create and manage inventory of milestone gifts (if applicable) – responsible for ordering, creating and delivering contract gifts & closing gifts, as needed

      Must Haves

      • This position is located in the Costa Mesa office and requires collaboration with the marketing team members in the Costa Mesa office

      • Strong interpersonal communication techniques and strategies to convey information that promotes complete understanding

      • College degree with class or intern experience in Business, Marketing, and/or Communications

      • 1-2+ years of work experience in marketing

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      • Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, with a technical aptitude to learn new and/or customized programs quickly

      Nice to Haves

      • Experience with Canva or InDesign is a plus
