      Your role

      Are you a passionate Digital Marketing specialist who can deliver exceptional multi-channel digital projects, with client experience front and center?

      We’re looking for a regional Digital Marketing Delivery Specialist who will support our digital marketing delivery across our key markets in EMEA and Switzerland, as part of a global team. The role is to partner with the Digital Marketing Delivery Lead to support our local teams in bringing digital best practice to all that we do. The role holder will be supporting the digital delivery lead and will be a key contact point for all digital initiatives, connecting our digital delivery activity with our digital enablement teams who have specialties in data/analytics, performance marketing, and marketing automation.

      • Support the delivery of the global digital client engagement strategy across the region, aligning with regional channel marketing and sales strategies
      • Ensure day-to-day coverage for Switzerland and local EMEA projects, initiatives, queries and reporting advice, ensuring that channel marketing teams are supported when needed
      • Build strong relationships within a matrix structure with regional colleagues
      • Work together with the analytics team on the set up of campaign dashboards, senior management reporting based on the digital KPI framework aligned with Switzerland and EMEA priorities
      • Manage digital agency relationships ensuring effective strategic and executional discussions and ensuring to be able to provide a business point of view
      • Act as the local “product owner” for the local websites, ensuring best practices, governance and strategic UX advice
      • Help manage all local campaign executions for digital channels, bringing relevant digital enablement teams together including strategic campaigns and always on
      • Educate and drive adoption of marketing technology platforms to support greater client experience

      Your team

      You’ll be working in the Asset Management, Global Digital Client Engagement and Marketing Transformation team. We are a passionate and dynamic digital team who focus on all digital client engagement touchpoints including marketing automation, optimizing user journeys on our websites and multi-channel performance marketing activity. We work closely together with the corporate digital and brand teams and develop digital marketing standards which follow best practices in online customer behavior, usability and marketing effectiveness.

      Your expertise

      • Demonstrable experience managing and delivering multi-market, multi-language, complex digital activations
      • Experience across the digital experience mix – Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email marketing, Website journey management, Digital Analytics and insights
      • Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns including both strategic initiatives and always-on marketing
      • Worked closely with a channel marketing team and content marketing team to build stand-out digital experiences
      • Worked within a matrix structure
      • Managed a complex regional web estate and associated other channels
      • Strong capability knowledge of the core enablement toolkits: e.g Adobe Experience Management, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics (sales & marketing), Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Marketing 360 stack.
