      Overview: We’re seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing Designer to join our in-house digital marketing team at Online Labels Group, a fast-growing label manufacturer and retailer. This role is ideal for a creative who thrives in a lean, collaborative environment and wants to contribute beyond just making things look good. You'll design impactful visuals across digital platforms, from product mockups and lifestyle imagery to ads, emails, and landing pages. You’ll also work closely with marketing and sales to elevate our customer experience and drive results. We're looking for someone who’s hands-on, brings ideas to the table, solves problems, and actively seeks ways to improve visuals and performance.

      Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, or a related field – or equivalent practical experience.

      Pay: $23.00-$25.00/hr based on experience.

      Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

      What you'll do:

      • Design compelling visual content for our website, landing pages, digital ads, emails, and social media channels.
      • Develop high-quality product visuals, mockups, and lifestyle imagery to showcase labels in real-world use.
      • Collaborate on UX/CRO improvements by designing user-friendly landing pages and interpreting feedback from A/B tests and user data.
      • Create branded sales collateral such as presentations, business cards, and sales sheets.
      • Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print touchpoints.
      • Maintain a well-organized asset library for efficient reuse and collaboration.
      • Bring creative ideas to the team and stay current with design, ecommerce, and digital marketing trends.

      Qualifications & Skills:

      • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a marketing or ecommerce environment. (Open to exceptional recent grads with strong portfolios.)
      • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Canva, and product photography tools.
      • Understanding of how design impacts user engagement and conversion.
      • Strong attention to detail, layout, and typography.
      • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required.

      Physical Demands:

      • Work is predominately performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and tools including a computer, keyboard, and mouse.
      • The ability to sit for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions, including movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers, as well as stand, reach, squat and lift small parcels, packages, and other items, as necessary.
      • Work requires the ability to read and analyze data using various documents and spreadsheets.
      • The employee may be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
