      The Role:

      The Corporate Digital Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in email marketing, social media, SEO, and digital advertising, as well as strong leadership and analytical skills.

      Responsibilities:

        • Create and implement complete digital marketing strategies for email, social media, SEO, and more, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
        • Manage and optimize various digital channels, including email marketing, social media platforms, search engines, and the company website, to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
        • Lead media buys for digital channels, ensuring effective allocation of resources to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
        • Analyze data from various digital marketing efforts to gain insights and inform decision-making, optimizing campaigns for better performance.
        • Work closely with internal teams and outside partners to design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
        • Manage budgets for digital marketing projects, tracking ROI and ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
        • Oversee the creation, quality, and consistency of digital content across all platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategy.
        • Evaluate the success of digital marketing campaigns, using metrics and KPIs to report on performance and identify areas for improvement.
        • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and influencers, to foster collaboration and support marketing initiatives.
        • Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of the company and properties’ websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and optimized for performance.
        • Track and manage paid digital advertising campaigns to ensure they meet established goals and deliver expected results.
        • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, developing strategies to increase engagement and follower growth across platforms.
        • Create and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at driving sales and customer engagement
        • Utilize SEO and PPC strategies to improve search engine rankings and enhance online visibility.
        • Continuously evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and trends to help the business grow and stay competitive in the market

        Qualifications:

        • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
        • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in corporate or B2B marketing.
        • Strong expertise in email marketing, social media management, SEO, and digital advertising.
        • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
        • Experience managing budgets and tracking ROI for marketing projects.
        • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on collaboration.

        Target Salary:

        • $115,000- $135,000 Annual Salary
