      Job Description

      In our fast-paced environment, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating designs for a variety of channels, including the company website and mobile app, email marketing and social media ads, Smart Coupons, and more. The Designer must visually convey strategic marketing objectives, maintain company brand standards, and should be knowledgeable of emerging trends in graphic and visual design.

      Principal Duties and Responsibilities

      • Create/design web content, emails, social media content, and more
      • Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to interpret projects while conveying marketing objectives, brand standards, and consistency across all designs
      • Participate in meetings to understand project objectives and scope; then brainstorm, mock up, and design brand-consistent design elements
      • Confidently present and discuss design recommendations in department meetings
      • Display adaptability to produce production/templated designs, as well as conceptual work
      • Monitor the status of projects, ensuring that deliverables are on time, creative management feedback is sought, and the highest design standards are being met
      • Openly receive constructive feedback from team and modify work to achieve marketing goals
      • Create and maintain detailed templates for design projects
      • Manage third-party vendor relationships on behalf of the team
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with tight deadlines

      Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field
      • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in a retail or corporate setting
      • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
      • Proficient on Mac platform
      • Proficient in photo editing
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
      • Working knowledge of HTML and Dreamweaver
      • Experience with a Digital Asset Management Tool and/or Content Management System
      • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
      • Possess a professional and positive attitude
      Desired Qualifications - Desired but not required.
      • Master’s degree in relevant field
      • Photography experience
      • Knowledge of web accessibility compliance as it relates to graphic design
      • Experience in video editing, AfterEffects, and/or Premier Pro
      • Experience in store signage, print marketing, or CPG partnerships
      • Experience in corporate branding
