- Write health & wellness articles, repurposing existing content
- Write summaries of press releases/articles for medical professionals audience
- Participate in content audits for missing information, opportunities for crosslinking, and evaluation of content
- Competitor research
- Support for video/podcast projects
- Support in documentation of best practices/processes
- Participate in content ideation brainstorms
- Write and schedule social media posts; upload video content
- Social media competitive research
- Review tagged/hashtag mentions of entities for user-generated content
- Influencer market research
- Assist in documentation of staff social media handles and hashtags per specialty areas
- Timely social graphic creation
- Assist with execution of marketing plans and development of creative and digital assets as needed
- Efficiently move assets through approval process
- Adhere to brand guidelines, project budgets and production schedules
- Attend virtual meetings as necessary including progress meetings with direct supervisor

- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree OR
Working toward Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree (third or fourth year) - Prefer coursework in Marketing, Communications, Advertising
- Proficient at using Microsoft Products – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with/interest in sports at the high school, college and professional level
- 0-2 years work experience (summer jobs, internships)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and editing skills
- Ability to successfully collaborate with others of different skill sets, backgrounds and levels within and external to the organization
- Attention to detail and quality
- Initiative, self-direction
- Sound judgment and decision-making; problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

- Worktime to be divided between in-person at Assembly Row and virtually via email, phone and video meetings; possible local travel to Mass General Brigham sites.

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to provide assistance in support of Mass General Brigham’s priority marketing and communications initiatives, specifically related to clinical, research, and educational needs. This collaborative individual works closely with Digital Marketing team colleagues to support a range of digital content and social media creations for prioritized initiatives and service lines, targeting primarily current and prospective patients and caregivers, and medical professionals. The Digital Marketing Intern demonstrates the ability to carry projects to completion and creating content for Mass General Brigham digital properties, including MassGeneralBrigham.org, our entity and related sites, and social media channels.
