- Maintain digital marketing tech stack (ad platforms, 6sense, Qualified)
- Partner with agencies and vendors to manage deliverables and timelines
- Manage and maintain a central digital marketing calendar to ensure visibility across campaigns, assets, and web updates.
- Collaborate with marketing design, product design, content, and ops teams to bring multi-channel campaigns to life in a timely, cohesive manner.
- Train others (marketing, sales and sales ops) on use of these tools to maximize return.
- Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure lead capture and attribution are functioning across Marketo and Salesforce.
- Manage briefs and asset delivery for paid campaigns in coordination with agencies and internal teams. Track performance and recommend optimizations across creative, targeting, and placements to align with goals.
- Build and activate audiences using 6sense, firmographics, and behavioral data. Use this data to deploy personalized experiences via tools like Qualified, in partnership with Campaigns team, Sales, BDRs.
- Deliver performance reporting with actionable insights across paid channels. Support testing, iteration, and dashboard development to improve campaign outcomes and pipeline contribution.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, marketing ops, or digital campaign management, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels
- Experience with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), CRMs (Salesforce), and marketing tools (Marketo, 6sense, Optimizely, etc.)
- Familiarity with tag management systems (GTM) and UTM tracking

Position Overview
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution and performance of our digital ecosystem. This role will help bring our digital strategy to life across website performance, owned digital channels, and paid media - working closely with our internal teams, external agencies, and key platforms including google ads, 6sense and Qualified.
You’ll manage the end-to-end digital campaign launch process, own performance insights, and recommend optimizations all while helping us deliver a more connected customer journey from first touch to pipeline.
