JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Manager is an innovative thought leader charged with developing and managing the key strategic components of digital media marketing for the System -- the hamiltonhealth.com website and all social media channels. The individual will also manage the System’s historic archive, campus signage, and work with other Marketing personnel in the development of brochures, newsletters, magazines and other educational and promotional items necessary to effectively generate patient, community and physician loyalty. A keen eye for design and trends in digital media marketing is a must.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, or graphic design.
Licensure: None.
Experience: Three to five years' work experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital communications strategy. Health care industry experience preferred.
Skills: In addition to the necessary technical skills in digital marketing, web content management, and graphic design, this individual must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, positive community reputation and ‘people’ skills, including ability to work as a team member with associates and physicians. A highly motivated self-starter who sets priorities and achieves defined objectives with minimal supervision.
