- Design, enhance, maintain, and optimize Washington Regional’s website and intranet to ensure technical effectiveness, compliance and superior functionality and usability and collaborate with the system’s website vendor as needed.
- Develop and implement SEO marketing strategies on website, including performing ongoing review/analysis of website to ensure content is accurate and optimized.
- Develop strategy, place, and optimize paid digital advertising (including SEM, PPC, Google/Gmail, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that increases brand awareness and communicates key messaging to the target audience.
- Ensure hospital, clinics, providers, and service line information is accurate and optimized on all third-party platforms.
- Conduct on-going research to understand new and changing technologies; implement best practices to grow and optimize Washington Regional’s online presence.
- Track digital analytics, analyze, and interpret data, prepare reports, and make recommendations to improve optimization, increase engagement, and achieve desired results.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team, internal stakeholders, information technology team, leaders in the organization, and vendors as needed to optimize digital properties and develop content.
- Facilitate and provide support as needed for virtual meetings or events.
- Create and implement organic social media content as needed to support the marketing department.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, web design, marketing, communications, or related field, required.
- Licensure and Certifications: Must hold industry-recognized certification in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing analytics, OR must receive industry-recognized certifications as approved by Vice President of Marketing and Communications within 6 months.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, including web development techniques and standards, web content management systems, HTML, FBML, Flash, java-script, mobile and other technologies, and experience in developing and managing database applications. Must also have experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SEO, Google, digital analytics tools, Constant Contact, link building, content marketing, website optimization tools, email marketing, all social media platforms, and implementation of digital campaigns that target specific audiences with a proven track record of successfully achieving goals. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of SEM and PPC marketing and display excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary
The role of Digital Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Content Marketing. This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the digital marketing strategy to align with the overall marketing plan and Washington Regional brand standards. This position is responsible for the design, performance, maintenance, and optimization of the Washington Regional website and intranet. This position also implements and optimizes search engine optimization (SEO), paid digital advertising campaigns and administers profiles on third-party platforms. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
