      As a Digital Marketing Manager - EDITED (m/f/d) you are responsible for the holistic planning and implementation of our paid digital campaigns (brand and performance) including our Newsletter campaigns. Your role will also have a relevant contribution to defining our Marketing strategy and goals.

      The position is a fixed-term role to cover parental leave.

      Responsibilities

      • Creation and implementation of the performance marketing strategy & goals in alignment with the team lead marketing
      • Planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of online campaigns across several tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
      • Planning, implementation, optimisation and reporting of our Newsletter campaigns in alignment with the marketing team
      • Defining and creating materials for digital campaigns and promotions in alignment with the graphic designers
      • Implementing A/B testing and researching on new ways of maximizing conversions and impact of our campaigns
      • Organizational tasks such as budget and time planning, marketing calendar update, invoice control and KPI achievement

      Requirements

      • A minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing are required for this role
      • Strong understanding of performance marketing, KPIs and conversion optimisation
      • You have proven experience in implementing campaigns for specific channels: Google Ads & Meta Ads (SEA & Paid Social)
      • Experience with Email Marketing within the ecommerce background is highly desirable
      • Knowledge of META and Google business & Analytics tools, as well as CRM interfaces (Emarsys, Mailjet, etc)
      • Knowledge of specific tools (Smartly, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is not a must but a nice to have
      • Communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality
      • Quick perception, high motivation as well as analytical thinking
      • Very good knowledge of MS Office
