      Position Overview

      This role is pivotal in driving growth across our digital channels, from paid media to email marketing and social media. You'll be responsible for running campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of our industry. This mid-level position is ideal for a digital marketer with an analytics-driven mindset who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to grow with a rapidly expanding brand.

      Responsibilities

      • Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) to drive acquisition and retargeting, optimizing conversion rates and lowering CPAs.
      • Lead email and SMS marketing, focusing on segmentation, campaign performance, and strategy alignment across funnels.
      • Analyze performance metrics daily, propose experimental strategies, and stay updated on industry trends.
      • Lead brand presence on key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Yelp, etc.), creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and community growth.
      • Monitor social trends and implement relevant strategies.
      • Track, analyze, and share actionable insights to optimize campaigns and inform future strategies.

      Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
      • 3–5 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
      • Expertise in managing paid advertising platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
      • Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Attentive).
      • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or similar platforms.
      • A proactive self-starter who embraces learning, innovation, and strategic risks.
      • Thrives in ownership of projects, seeks improvement opportunities, and adapts quickly to trends or challenges.
      • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
      • Strong knowledge of content creation tools (or willingness to learn).
      • Willingness to create some brand content (videos, images, copy) that aligns with marketing goals and maintains brand consistency.
