Job Description

- Develop lower funnel strategies aligned with ROAS, CPA, and CVR goals
- Deploy campaigns focused on purchases, signups, or other key conversion events
- Lead execution across paid search, social, video, and retargeting with bid and segment strategy
- Run A/B tests and optimize creatives, audiences, and placements for performance
- Manage spend across platforms to maximize ROI and maintain efficiency
- Monitor pacing and performance daily; make real-time adjustments to reach goals
- Own KPI dashboards and provide insights that guide strategy and creative direction
- Deliver actionable recommendations through weekly and monthly reports
- Ability to use GA4 to track, analyze, to report on and optimize campaigns
- Serve as main contact for paid media agency, ensuring alignment and performance
- Guide vendors with strategic direction and regular evaluations
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Creative teams to reduce funnel friction
- Analyze customer journeys and optimize targeting and post-click behavior
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad formats, and emerging conversion tactics
- Test new tools and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years in performance marketing focused on conversions and ROI
- Deep expertise in platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like GA4, Looker, Excel
- Experience with attribution models, CRO, and agency management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Manager focused on lower funnel conversion, you will play a critical role in executing performance-driven paid media campaigns that directly impact revenue growth. In close collaboration with our paid media agency and internal growth teams, you’ll manage, optimize, and scale campaigns to maximize conversion rates, customer acquisition, and ROI. Your data-first approach and mastery of performance marketing will guide our strategy across platforms and drive measurable results.
