- Starting salary up to £49,000 and £65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)

Digital Marketing Manager – Salary: National – up to £49,000 / London – up to £65,000
As a Marketing Manager in our Go-To Market team, you’ll bring our Direct Wealth products to life with the campaigns and marketing activities you manage. Responsible for outputs across Digital, Data & Marketing you’ll lead how we take new and existing products and services to market.
From digital communications to integrated multi-channel campaigns, data driven personalisation, online to offline marketing communications, you’ll be contributing to achieving our commercial and brand objectives!
A bit about the job:
Day to day responsibilities will include leading delivery of end-to-end go to market activity across Data, Digital & Marketing, owning delivery of marketing campaigns from planning, delivery, execution and reporting, working with the centre of excellence and identifying new opportunities to test and learn in order to evolve our approach and strategy across all marketing, data and digital channels.
The successful individual will also be working closely with customer experience teams to ensure consistent onward experiences for the best customer outcomes, working with the planning and reporting CoE to actively manage performance, providing updates to BU on marketing performance, as well as handling budget management activities.
Aviva operates a “smart-working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, this role can be based from any UK site.
