      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Establish and implement social media strategy, including exploring additional channels for brand awareness and demand generation
      - Manage day-to-day social media activities on various platforms, including content scheduling, moderating and responding to messages and comments, and updating profile information
      - Create and manage a comprehensive social content calendar that aligns with practice priorities and showcases the employer's value proposition
      - Develop and curate content for social media, including repurposing long-form content, clinician stories/testimonials, infographics, and video clips
      - Build and nurture online communities, such as LinkedIn and Facebook groups, to support brand awareness and recruitment efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
      - Ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and prospects
      - Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with others
      - Visionary thinking and strategic mindset
      - Critical thinking skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
      - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
      - 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or large national organization
      - Expert knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
      - Proficiency in social media scheduling and reporting tools
      - Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Experience with graphic design tools, such as Canva
      - Experience in building and managing an employee advocacy program
