The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading digital marketing efforts across the Americas, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all digital platforms. This role will shape ECCO’s digital presence through strategic planning, cross-channel execution, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven ability to deliver measurable impact through paid media, analytics, and digital innovation.
As our Digital Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue, brand, and business goals across all sales channels
· Own ECCO’s digital growth roadmap in the Americas, including performance marketing, content strategy, and futureproof digital tools and platforms
· Lead the planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of ROI-focused digital campaigns across all paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads/DSP, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
· Manage full-funnel campaigns from awareness to conversion and retention, utilizing data-driven insights and A/B testing
· Manage performance marketing agencies and third-party vendors to ensure campaign efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and brand alignment
· Set clear KPIs and hold partners accountable to performance and reporting standards
· Partner with Customer Acquisition & Retention Manager to ensure owned channel messaging complements broader campaign efforts
· Work closely with creative, brand, merchandising, sales, and analytics teams to align messaging, targeting, and content delivery
· Coordinate efforts with eCommerce and retail teams to drive seamless omnichannel growth
· Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and leverage insights to continuously improve spending efficiency and digital ROI
· Oversee digital dashboards and performance KPIs to provide leadership with actionable insights
· Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and privacy regulations to futureproof ECCO’s digital ecosystem
· Identify new tools, platforms, and approaches to keep ECCO competitive and innovative in the digital space
· Partner with the global digital teams to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration
If you have…
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
· 7+ years of digital marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
· Proven track record of scaling paid media and digital growth across performance channels
· Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker, or similar platforms
· Experience managing agency and vendor relationships across multiple digital platforms
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
· Understanding of omnichannel marketing, eCommerce, and customer lifecycle strategies
· Ability to think innovatively and commercially
· Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
· Ability to read, write and speak English at a proficient level.
