      About the location:

      Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is ideally located in the heart of the commercial district of Futian, across the Shenzhen Conference & Exhibition Center and a short walk from the Civic Center which houses the city’s Municipal Hall and Museum as well as near the famed Shenzhen Concert Hall and Library. The Hotel is surrounded by 3 modern shopping malls and is a few steps away from the subway metro station and 10-minute drive to 2 Hong Kong borders of Huanggang and Futian. Built along contemporary lines, the Hotel features 266 rooms inclusive of 32 suites, a Club Lounge, Business Centre, 4 food and beverage outlets, and a grand ballroom with 5 other function venues plus a unique outdoor multilevel Terraces.

      Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen is surrounded by upscale shopping malls and the Shenzhen Convention Center, with green public spaces just steps away. The Stock Exchange and Civic Center are 10 minutes by car. Close accessibility to the high-speed rail connecting Shenzhen to Guangzhou and Hong Kong makes for more convenient travels between cities, with Hong Kong just a 15-minute journey by train from Futian station to West Kowloon station.

      About the role

      1. Manage hotel products and contents on WeChat iShop, Dianping.com, Red, Tiktok etc. Property primary point of contact with vendor Zhiketong on daily operations.

      2. Create seasonal promotion campaigns align with E-commerce Festivals in China to drive revenue across all online customer segments (leisure travel) and work with PR, Sales, Reservations, Finance and Operations to ensure a smooth execution. (Functions including but not limited to market demand research, hotel product development, online distribution channel planning, inventory management, campaign performance analysis etc.)

      3. Improve customer shopping experience, click-on rate and traffic & conversion rates with proper visual designs & marketing concept that discussed with property PR team.

      4. Provide monthly & quarterly analysis including performance of campaigns and channels along with return-on-investment statistics.

      5. Reach & develop promotions/partnerships with new commercial platform to further hotel’s online presence and revenue and negotiate on behalf of the hotel for new online marketing initiatives.

      What you bring

      1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

      2. Three to five years of experience in a digital marketing capacity, preferably within the lifestyle and hospitality industries
