      Shopbop, an Amazon subsidiary, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to support our Head of Digital Media in leading full funnel Digital Marketing at Shopbop. This consists of channel strategy and execution across paid, with a focus on leading brand social campaigns. Teamwork, time management, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are critical aspects of this position’s responsibilities.

      Key job responsibilities
      • Manage the day-to-day workflow of paid channels which includes key relationship building with agency partners, publishers, and broader internal teams
      • Oversee channel execution, ensuring strategies are effective and properly measured
      • Partner with agencies to build testing roadmap, leveraging data to provide insights into future learnings and results
      • Streamline reporting received from agencies and internal sources to communicate broader picture of performance
      • Partner closely with creative team to ensure channel creative is best-in-class, testing new content strategies and sharing results internally
      • Partner with cross channel teams to support initiatives with paid media amplification, building out a 360 marketing plan
      • Responsible for building, executing, and reporting on full funnel marketing strategies across channels
      • Compile and communicate relevant industry news & reports to the team
      • Support Head of Digital Media in managing invoicing and accrual process
      • Partner with legal to review new Digital Marketing tech opportunities, as well as contracts when needed
      • Manage budget across campaigns, shifting spend as needed to drive objectives
      - • 6-7 years of work experience in planning or analytics
      - • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written presentation skills
      - • Experience with analytical and database tools
      - • Understanding of digital marketing programs
      - • Strong interpersonal, partnership and management skills
      - • Excellent project management capabilities including multi-tasking, prioritization and organization skills
      - • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
      - • Bachelor's degree- • Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Finance, Statistics or Economics
      - • Working knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages

      Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $97,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $178,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
