      The Impact you will have in this role:

      The Digital Marketing Operations Specialist serves as a key member of the Marketing & Communications team and will support and advance our digital presence through our corporate intranet, public websites, social channels, and client learning site. The ideal candidate has a technical background in MarTech (Marketing Technology) and understand relational databases concepts and possesses an analytical mindset to understand how data & technology integrates across platforms and tools.

      Your Primary Responsibilities:

      • Process the digital request across all platforms (2300 request annually).
      • Assist with queue management to ensure tickets are completed on time which require prioritization of assignment.
      • Provide platform support across all digital platforms which includes gathering & writing requirements, functional testing, training & documentation, internal and external troubleshooting, resolve any technical issue with our partner agencies, interact with our cyber resiliency & data privacy professionals.
      • Provide support for digital platforms including websites, apps, microsite and product hubs, as well as the Martech stack, including applications such as CMS, Cookie Consent, SEO/SEM Tools, Analytics, social media, Intranet, Event Marketing tools, Digital Asset Management, workflow tools, etc.
      • Assist in evolving and rationalizing the MarTech ecosystem, developing best practices and improved UX, content structure and usability.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
      • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
